JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assist in implementing Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategies and sustainability initiatives for construction projects.
• Monitor ESG compliance, sustainability practices and ensure proper documentation in accordance with company policies and industry requirements.
• Prepare ESG-related reports, presentations, records and submission documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments, consultants and external stakeholders on ESG matters.
• Support environmental, safety and CSR-related activities.
• Conduct research and stay updated on ESG trends, sustainability standards and construction industry practices.
• Assist in organizing ESG awareness programs, training and company activities.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of ESG-related documents and records.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in ESG, sustainability, construction or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
• Basic knowledge of ESG principles and sustainability practices.
• Good communication, coordination and documentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Responsible, organized and proactive.
• Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
