JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Lead and oversee overall marketing strategies in line with company corporate objectives.
• Plan, manage and execute marketing campaigns to support sales performance and branding.
• Monitor and guide marketing team on digital marketing, social media, advertising and promotional activities.
• Develop and manage marketing budget, ensuring effective cost control and campaign performance.
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, media and other third parties for marketing materials and PR activities.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer insights within the property industry.
• Ensure timely preparation of marketing materials, launches, events and promotional activities.
• Maintain company brand image and marketing standards across all platforms.
• Prepare marketing reports and present campaign performance to management.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in property sales and marketing, preferably in managerial level.
• Strong knowledge in property market trends, branding and marketing strategies.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media management and advertising campaigns.
• Leadership skills with ability to manage and guide a marketing team.
• Good communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
• Proactive, resourceful and result-oriented with proven marketing experience.

Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (Mandarin-speaking candidates is highly preferred to liaise with related stakeholders).

• Knowledge of photo/video editing skills (etc. Photoshop, Canva or similar tools) is an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
