Job Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment activities including hiring and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Prepare employment letters and contracts.
• Manage attendance, leave, and assist with payroll matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
• Handle staff enquiries and support day-to-day HR operations.
• Assist in HR reports and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Basic knowledge of Malaysian labour law.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking employees and stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
