About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance General Worker to join our team at Kufong Therapy Centre Sdn Bhd in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. This is a full-time role that will be responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of our therapy centre facilities.

What you'll be doing

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on the centre's buildings, equipment and infrastructure
• Conduct regular inspections and identify any issues that need addressing
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to resolve more complex maintenance tasks
• Ensure all work areas are clean, safe and well-maintained
• Assist with set-up and tear-down of equipment and furniture for events and activities
• Report any safety concerns or incidents to management
• Provide general support to the therapy team as needed

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in a maintenance or handyperson role
• Good working knowledge of building maintenance and repair techniques
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality work
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
