Job description:

• Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming optical products and supplies (frames, lenses, contact lenses, accessories) for quantity and quality.
• Ensure all stock items are correctly labeled, organized, and stored in the storeroom or display area according to company standards.
• Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and audits; investigate and reconcile any discrepancies promptly.
• Update and maintain accurate stock records in the inventory system or manually when required.
• Collaborate with purchasing, retail, and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment and smooth inventory operations.
• Monitor stock levels and movement; report low stock, fast-moving, or slow-moving items to the supervisor for action.
• Support branch replenishment activities and ensure stock accuracy during monthly or ad-hoc stock counts.
• Handle returns, defective items, and damaged stock in line with company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized storeroom environment.
• Travel to outlets, warehouses, or other locations as required for stock checking, transfers, or inventory support.
• Prepare and submit accurate inventory and stock movement reports in a timely manner.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
