1. Site Supervision

• Assist engineers and supervisors in monitoring construction work on site.
• Ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Observe activities such as reinforcement, concrete works, and structural installation.

2. Progress Monitoring

• Track daily work progress at the construction site.
• Prepare daily or weekly site reports.
• Report delays, issues, or discrepancies to the project engineer.

3. Quality Control (QA/QC)

• Assist in inspection of structural works.
• Ensure materials and workmanship meet required standards.
• Support testing and documentation for quality checks.

4. Coordination

• Liaise with subcontractors, site workers, and engineers.
• Help coordinate construction activities and site logistics.
• Attend site meetings and technical discussions when required.

5. Site Inspection

• Conduct regular inspections of structural works such as:
• foundation
• columns & beams
• slabs
• structural steel or concrete works

6. Documentation

• Assist in preparing:
• Site reports
• Progress records
• Technical documents
• Method statements or inspection forms

7. Learning & Training

• Participate in structured training under the PROTÉGÉ program.
• Gain exposure to project management, construction methods, and safety practices

Pay: RM1,999.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
