We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented M&E Coordinator for our Kuching and Julau projects to oversee and coordinate all Mechanical & Electrical works at site. The successful candidate will ensure M&E installations are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, project timeline, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works on site
• Liaise with consultants, main contractor, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Review M&E drawings, method statements, and technical submissions
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and authority requirements
• Monitor M&E work progress and report to Project Manager
• Coordinate M&E works with civil and architectural teams to avoid clashes
• Attend site meetings and technical coordination meetings
• Conduct inspections and ensure quality control standards are met
• Monitor material delivery, testing, and commissioning
• Ensure compliance with safety standards (CIDB & DOSH regulations)

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction projects
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and reporting abilities
• Able to work independently and under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-rise / infrastructure / industrial projects
• Familiar with local authority submission processes

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
