The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling company products to assigned outlets, achieving sales targets and maintaining good relationships with customers. This role requires regular outlet visits to ensure proper stock levels and product visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell company products to retail outlets, supermarkets and dealers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by management.
• Visit assigned outlets regularly to check on stock levels and expiry dates.
• Ensure proper product display and merchandising at outlets.
• Collect orders and monitor delivery status.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
• Assist in promotional activities and new product launches.
• Collect payment from customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business or related field.
• At least 2 year of sales experience (FMCG experience preferred).
• Possess own transport and valid driving license.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, aggressive and target-oriented.
• Willing to travel and work outstation when required.
