Job Responsibilities:
In this role, you won’t just be “posting content” — you’ll be actively shaping how the brand connects, grows, and converts in the digital space.
- Plan and execute impactful content strategies across social media and digital marketing campaigns
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content that reflects a strong and consistent brand voice
- Actively engage with the audience through comments and messages, building meaningful connections
- Track and analyze performance using tools like Facebook Insights and Google Analytics, and turn data into insights
- Prepare reports and recommend improvements to continuously enhance results
- Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and evolving best practices
- Work closely with the team while also taking ownership of your own projects
- Support the planning and execution of paid advertising campaigns
- Leverage AI and digital tools to boost creativity, productivity, and performance
Job Requirements
We’re looking for someone who is not only capable — but curious, driven, and ready to grow.
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Mass Communication, or related fields
- At least 2 years of experience in digital or content marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies
- Excellent copywriting and written communication skills in Mandarin
- Basic knowledge of analytics and performance tracking
- Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively with a team
