Solicit Tech Enterprise is a growing wholesaler and retailer of computer accessories, supplying PC components and tech products to resellers and customers across Malaysia. We operate as an SME with a modern, flexible approach, focusing on efficiency, clear communication, and long-term working relationships.

As we expand our team, we are looking for an HR Executive to support our people operations and recruitment needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
• Assist in payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management
• Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labour regulations
• Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries
• Coordinate training, probation reviews, and performance documentation
• Assist management with manpower planning and HR administrative tasks

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of HR or administrative experience (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome)
• Good knowledge of basic HR practices and Malaysian labour regulations
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Able to communicate clearly in English and Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, basic reporting)
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
