The job will be responsible for the day-to-day support of all IT systems, business systems, office systems, computer networks, and telephony systems throughout the hotel. Additionally, he / she is responsible for information technology issues, products, and services at the property.
Requirements:
- Accredited certifications in MCSA, MCTS/MCITP for Windows Server, MCDST for workstations and Cisco Certified.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in IT support & supervisory roles especially in a hotel environment.
- Experience and knowledge in the field of server infrastructure, fixing working desktop, firewall configuration, networking and related.
- Must have an approachable and sociable personality with a positive attitude for customer hospitality.
Job Responsibilities:
- Must know the Network fundamentals, general network setup and device configuration.
- Opera Cloud PMS administration experience and PMS troubleshooting skills.
- Have experience in programming ADEL door lock system and lock set hardware installation or other hotel brand door lock system knowledge.
- Wi-Fi AP configuration and POE network switch configuration.
- Knowledge to configure RANSNET HSG Gateway.
- Microsoft Windows server active directory administration.
- Knowledge in tackling Microsoft Windows 10/11 system administration, OS troubleshooting, PC preventive maintenance knowledge.
- CCTV camera installation and Network Video Recorder configuration.
- Microsoft Outlook setup and configuration.
- Ricoh photocopy machine User management and Ricoh scan folder setup on PC.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
