Qualifications & Requirements
Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree in:

• Civil Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering

Additional requirements:

• CGPA 2.00 and above
• Age 27 and below
• Energetic, self-motivated, and a strong team player

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in managing engineering projects and support Senior Engineers / Coordinators on assigned projects
• Liaise and coordinate with consultants, technical agencies, and authorities
• Monitor site progress and ensure quality compliance according to approved designs and specifications
• Coordinate site works with client representatives, construction coordinators, and subcontractors

Program Details

• 9-month Graduate Trainee Program
• 1 week of Soft Skills Training
• 8 months and 3 weeks of On-the-Job Training
