Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and compile MS Excel files from all assigned Stores.
Follow up the tasks and reply to all messages using Google Chat.
Perform Data Entry into the system, managing Data Quality and Accuracy.
Record store-provided ARN details in MS Excel for proper documentation.
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
At least 1–2 years of working experience in administrative, data entry, or operations support roles; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel with good data management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
