Job Description

• Repair and troubleshoot laptops and IT equipment at client locations.
• Provide on-site support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and support Windows OS and other user applications.
• Perform project roll-outs, installations, and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.

Requirements

• Must have own transport and be flexible for travel.
• Diploma/Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Willing to do OT)
• Working Days: 5 days a week (Shift)
• Start Date: Immediate

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
