Full job description

• Supervise and inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Supervise and guide housekeeping attendants in their daily duties.
• Assign daily room cleaning tasks and monitor staff productivity.
• Ensure staff follow proper grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards.
• Conduct on-the-job training for housekeeping staff when necessary.
• Ensure housekeeping procedures and SOPs are followed consistently.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies and report shortages.
• Respond promptly to guest requests related to housekeeping.
• Ensure guest complaints related to cleanliness are addressed efficiently.
• Maintain professional communication with guests and other departments.
• Coordinate with Front Office regarding room status and priority cleaning.
• Work closely with Maintenance for repairs and upkeep of rooms and facilities.
• Ensure proper handling of lost and found items according to hotel procedures.
• Prepare housekeeping reports such as room inspection reports and staff attendance.
• Monitor housekeeping inventory and supplies.
• Assist in preparing duty rosters and work schedules.
• Ensure all rooms are properly cleaned and ready according to hotel standards before guest arrival.
• Report maintenance issues or damages to the maintenance team for prompt action.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM 1,900.00 per month
