To provide a high standard customer service
To follow all SOP on delivering the standard quality of service
To be involved in cash handling
To assist in keeping the sop premises clean and tidy
To positively contribute to team working in the shop
To perform grooming session & housekeeping of cat hotel followed by SOP
To guarantee the cats in custody are safe and comfortable
To take serious responsibility on service quality
To help leaders achieve desirable target
Identify, investigate and deal with customer issues
To assist cat parents/ customers in choosing the right product for their cats and how to take care of their cats
To ensure all items received from suppliers are properly counted and accurate.
To assist in monthly stock checking and quarterly stock take
To assist in posting of products & services provided by GGK on social media (FB, Instagram, others)
To follow instructions from superior / Supervisor /Area Manager/ Top Management/ Directors

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
