Responsibilities
1. Prepare timesheet report & pass to manager, verification of time attendance report: lateness, overtime, absent and etc
2. Preparing monthly payroll reports and report of submission of statutory contributions: EPF, SOCSO & Income Tax
3. Ready KPI’s report
4. Answering employee questions (regarding Handbook and employment Contract)
5. Posting job ads
6. Scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview process
7. Organizing resume and job applications, filling
8. Preparing new employee files
9. Orienting new employees to the organization (staff locker arranging and etc)
10. Add all the new staff into TELEGRAM group
11. Prepare appraisal code
12. Participating in benefits tasks, such as claim resolutions, reconciling benefits statements
13. Maintaining current HR files and databases/ Birthday Name list/ Employee name list
14. Handling government office affairs such as claim perkeso and etc
15. Print all the department monthly KPI
16. Mandarin (Preferred)
Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
