About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager based in Malaysia to drive student recruitment and strengthen our partnership network.

In this role, you will focus on building and managing relationships with education agents and institutions, while driving enrolment growth for LSBF Singapore.

This position is well-suited for someone who understands the Malaysia-to-Singapore student pathway and has an existing network in the education sector.

The London School of Business and Finance (LSBF) Singapore is an internationally recognised institution offering industry-relevant academic and professional programmes.

As part of our regional growth, we are expanding our recruitment presence in Malaysia, one of our key student markets.

What you will do

• Develop and manage partnerships with education agents, schools, and colleges across Malaysia
• Drive student recruitment and achieve enrolment targets
• Identify and onboard new agents aligned with LSBF standards
• Maintain strong partner relationships through regular engagement, training, and performance tracking
• Advise students and partners on programmes, admissions, and studying in Singapore
• Represent LSBF at education fairs, roadshows, and virtual events
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of student applications

What we are looking for

• 4–6 years of experience in student recruitment, education consultancy, or business development
• Strong understanding of the Malaysian education market
• Existing network with education agents is highly preferred
• Proven track record in achieving recruitment or sales targets
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Self-driven and comfortable working remotely
• Willing to travel within Malaysia as required
• Fluent in English
