• Prepare and issue invoices for air import shipments accurately and timely.
• Verify shipment documents, charges, and billing details before invoicing.
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams on shipment costing and billing matters.
• Process payment settlements with airlines, overseas agents, transporters, and vendors.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Perform reconciliation of billing records, statements, and customer accounts.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, financial procedures, and customs-related requirements.
• Maintain proper filing and recordkeeping of invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and payment documents.
• Handle customer inquiries related to billing discrepancies and payment issues.
• Prepare monthly billing and settlement reports for management review.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
