Requirement:
- Experience in sales or recruitment, especially within the Education industry, will be an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and close potential candidates for education and training programmes
- Committed, proactive, and able to deliver tasks effectively within deadlines
- Capable of assisting management and supervising team workflow professionally
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially for reporting and documentation purposes
- Disciplined, dedicated, and target-oriented individual
Jobscope:
- Assist and support management in coordinating reporting, daily operations, and overall team workflow
- Handle candidate enquiries and provide consultation regarding education and career training programmes
- Conduct follow-ups, counselling, and sales closing activities with potential candidates to achieve student admission targets
- Achieve individual KPI and sales targets for student enrolment into education and career programmes
- Ensure team admission targets, performance, and direction are aligned with company goals
- Assist in managing student registration, documentation, and admission processes professionally
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records related to admissions performance and team activities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
