- Bachelor's degree of Quantity Surveying or a related field is essential.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Requirement:

• Assist in preparing detailed BQs and tender documents for projects.
• Support in estimating project costs, preparing budgets, and providing advice on cost efficiency.
• Monitor project expenditures, ensure costs align with budgets, and assist in preparing progress reports.
• Assist in evaluating and managing contractor claims, variation orders, and contractual adjustments.
• Help in maintaining records of contracts, managing procurement processes, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Maintain and update cost databases and ensure accurate documentation for future reference.
