Job Responsibilities

• System ManagementIn charge of ERP system planning and configuration, set product information standards, and control workflow of operational documents and report templates.
• Hardware & NetworkMaintain company network security and stable data transmission between headquarters and stores; perform daily maintenance and troubleshooting for POS terminals and peripheral devices.
• Data AnalysisAnalyze store sales data, deliver accurate insights, and provide data support for marketing activities and merchandising purchasing decisions.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
• Familiar with retail ERP and POS system; able to handle basic network and hardware troubleshooting.
• Proficient in Excel, strong data sensitivity and logical thinking skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, with good communication and cross-department collaboration ability.
• Relevant retail IT experience is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
