Job Description
Responsibilities
1) Deal with supplier, customer and workers
2) Prepare PRF and PO
3) Deal with suppliers and follow the item purchased
4) Incoming, outgoing and transfer call
5) Update letter book, log book and courier file
6) Check stock and update all book record, stationery, medicine, and others office equipment
7) Controlled in and out stationery and office equipment
8) Order safety shoe and glove for production workers
9) Provide assistance to H.O.D and receive new job order from H.O.D
10) Prepare employee, visitor, contractor and interview pass
11) Deal with TCMS system
12) Check and update all factory workers daily attendance record (back up)
13) Update new joint employees information and handling year end appraisal form
14) Register fingerprint for new employee
15) Blocked finger print for absenteeism or resigned employee
16) Update employee name list & resign employee in computer
17) Update type of leaves and employee attendance record for all factory
18) Prepare and follow up open bank account letter for new employee and for employee that have bank card problem
19) Check employee time card when necessary and during salary preparation
20) Prepare advance and issue medical chit
21) Any other duties as assigned by superior
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
