Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the full lifecycle of large-scale developments from initial feasibility and concept design through to construction and completion.

• Review and validate all project deliverables, including concept drawings, technical specifications, building contract documentation and contract administration.

• Act as the primary liaison for clients and consultants, leading meetings to ensure all project objectives are achieved.

• Resolve technical and design-related issues efficiently during project execution

• Able to handle Authorities submissions and Contract Administration independently and advice client professionally during project implementation.

• Guide and mentor a multidisciplinary team, delegating tasks effectively to ensure all project milestones are met on schedule.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Architecture.

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in high-rise, commercial, or mixed-use developments.

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD. Proficiency in Revit and SketchUp is a bonus.

• Strong strategic thinking, critical thinking and problem solving skills, excellent articulation/writing skills, and a proven ability to lead a design team under tight timelines.

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
