Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive Operation Executive to support the company’s daily operations and ensure processes run efficiently. You will be responsible for coordinating between departments, monitoring performance, and assisting in operational planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operational activities and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Support management in planning and implementing new initiatives.
• Monitor key performance metrics and prepare operational reports.
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors.
• Assist in process improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations or administrative roles.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and report writing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
