We’re Hiring: Housekeeping Attendant

Job Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms in accordance with established hotel standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish room amenities.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum floors, and dust furniture to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
• Empty trash bins and ensure proper waste disposal.
• Report any maintenance issues (e.g., plumbing, air conditioning, or damaged furniture) promptly to the Supervisor.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and always respect guests’ privacy, including adherence to “Do Not Disturb” signs.
• Respond to guest requests promptly, courteously, and professionally.
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols.
• Manage lost and found items in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance and personalize guest experiences.

Requirements & Skills

• Prior housekeeping experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
• Physically fit and able to perform tasks involving lifting, bending, and prolonged standing.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Positive attitude with a strong sense of teamwork and responsibility.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
