Provide administrative support to the HR department, assisting in recruitment, employee records and daily HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interview coordination)
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Handle attendance, leave tracking and basic payroll support
- Prepare HR documents such as contracts, letters and reports
- Coordinate training sessions and company activities
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (experience is an advantage)
