Job Descriptions:

• Overall to understand corporate strategic needs of the company.
• Develop marketing initiatives to support sales and sales team.
• Assist in photo and video editing for internal use or social media content.
• Plan marketing efforts via channels and selection based on criteria of effectiveness.
• Prepare and monitor advertising and promotion budget.
• Liaise with vendor and 3rd party - e.g : advertising, printer, model maker and etc.
• Liaise with media for PR needs.
• Keep abreast on latest property and marketing trends.
• To undertake all other duties instructed by superior.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent.
• 2 years working experience in property sales and marketing.
• Knowledge of photo/video editing skills (etc. Photoshop, Canva or similar tools).
• Understand local market and possess knowledge in property industry.
• Proactive, resourceful with proven marketing experience.
• Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (Mandarin-speaking candidates is highly preferred to liaise with related stakeholders).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
