• Greeting patients when they arrive
• Checking patients in and updating their personal information in the clinic's records
• Answering phone calls and handling general inquiries
• Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's calendar
• Assisting doctors and nurses during medical procedures
• Maintaining a clean and organised clinic environment.
• Clinic Assistants may also perform basic clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, administering medications, and assisting physicians with procedures.
