You will manage the front-of-house experience for high-net-worth investors, portfolio CEOs, and global partners. We need a professional who combines white-glove hospitality with the administrative rigor required in a high-stakes financial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Hospitality: Greet Limited Partners (LPs) and VIP guests with poise. Manage the "client journey" from arrival to departure, ensuring seamless transitions into meetings.
- Lobby & Boardroom Standards: Maintain a flawless office aesthetic. Ensure conference rooms are reset to "investor-ready" standards immediately following every session.
- Meeting Logistics: Coordinate sophisticated catering for high-level deal meetings and board sessions.
- Communication Management: Act as a polished gatekeeper for the main line, routing inquiries with discretion and professional judgment.
- Administrative Support: Assist the EA team with document binding, mail distribution, and expense processing during peak deal cycles.

- Impeccable Presence: You possess high emotional intelligence and the professional grooming/etiquette necessary to interact with ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
- Meticulous Standards: You notice the small things—a crooked chair, a low coffee carafe, or a typo on a welcome screen—and fix them instantly.
- Calm Under Pressure: You can juggle a multi-line phone system, a courier delivery, and a VIP arrival simultaneously without losing your composure.
- Self-Initiated: You don't wait for instructions to improve the guest experience or organize the office supply flow.
Requirements
- Experience: at least 2 years in a high-end corporate reception, luxury hospitality, or professional services environment (Law, Finance, Consulting).
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint). Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Traits: Total discretion regarding confidential deal information and a reliable, "first-one-in" work ethic.
