We are looking for a dedicated Vending Machine Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for regular servicing and maintenance of water vending machines, troubleshooting and repairing breakdowns, handling for cash collections, and assisting with the installation of vending machines at customer locations.

This role requires technical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to provide customer service while working independently in the field. You will work collaboratively with a team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, demonstrating communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and time management to ensure efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site visits to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with team members to effectively troubleshoot problems.
• Communicate technical information clearly to customers and colleagues.
• Manage time effectively to meet service deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and solutions implemented.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• Secondary education or high school diploma.
• At least 1 years of relevant work experience in a technical field with plumbing and electrical skillsets. Fresh grads are also encourage to apply.
• Car Driving License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
