Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in account executive role.
• Experience with tax filings and statutory compliance.
• Experience with accounting software (Auto count would be an added advantage).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions including accounts. .payable/receivable, journal entries and general ledger updates.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts and bank transactions.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing and reporting.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (SST, etc.)
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of services/products.
• Monitor account performance and suggest improvements.
• Handle client queries, issues, and escalate when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sibu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Full sets Accounts: 3 years (Required)
