Key Responsibilities

1. Machine Operation

• Set up, start, and operate extrusion machines according to production specifications
• Monitor machine parameters (temperature, pressure, speed) and make necessary adjustments
• Ensure continuous and stable production output

2. Production Output

• Achieve daily production targets as assigned by supervisor
• Minimize material wastage and downtime
• Record production data accurately in log sheets or system

3. Quality Control

• Inspect products to ensure compliance with specifications
• Identify defects and take corrective action immediately
• Report any quality issues to supervisor or QC team

4. Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Perform basic machine cleaning and preventive maintenance
• Identify and report mechanical or operational issues
• Assist maintenance team during repair works when required

5. Safety & Compliance

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Ensure proper use of PPE at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S compliance)
