We are seeking an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant to the Head of Mills to join our team at PH Uni Palm Sdn Bhd in Jementah, Johor. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Head of Mills, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the department.

What you'll be doing

• Took charge of the management reporting needs for the HOM
• Liaison between all departments to ensure proper communications and reporting practices
• To manage the HOM's daily calendar (schedule calls, plan meetings, etc.)
• To handle/provide logistical and travel support to HOM and other senior managers including visa application, flights and ground arrangement
• To coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• To coordinate and arrange Monthly Management Review Meetings and to compile and work on operations related projects report for Top Management Meeting.
• To screen, research, prioritize, and manage responses to incoming correspondence and requests.
• To maintain proper filling system
• To prepare the HOM's monthly claim

Requirements

• Minimum 2-5 years' experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably within a similar industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with people at all levels
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise a diverse workload
• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Office Administration Field
• Proactive and resourceful, with a keen eye for detail and a solutions-focused approach
• Fast Learner
• Have experience in handling projects will be an added advantage

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
