Role purpose
Support the development of evidence-informed programmes, tools, and content by researching psychological concepts and translating them into practical, accessible applications. This role requires intellectual curiosity, rigour, and a strong passion for learning about psychology and human behaviour.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct desk research on well-being, psychology, education, and related topics
- Synthesise research findings into clear, practical insights for programmes and products
- Support development of activities, frameworks, and facilitation guides
- Assist in evaluating programme outcomes using surveys and feedback data
- Support iterative improvement of programmes based on research and data insights
- Help ensure content is evidence-informed and aligned with Happiness Initiative’s philosophy
- Maintain simple research documentation and references

- Research is accurate, relevant, and clearly translated into practice
- Programme content reflects strong grounding in psychological principles
- Learning materials are clear, coherent, and accessible to diverse audiences
- Demonstration of continuous learning and growth in psychological knowledge
Skills and qualities
- Strong interest and insatiable love for learning about psychology and human behaviour
- Ability to read, understand, and synthesise academic and applied research
- Strong analytical thinking and structured writing skills
- Good written English and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a remote team
- Background in psychology, education, social sciences, or related fields is required

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
