SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

If you are a passionate software developer who enjoys building practical solutions that make a real-world impact in retail technology, we would love to meet you.

What we are looking for:

• Diploma, degree, or fresh graduates are welcome — we value skills and initiative over paper qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of experience in software development
• Experience in mobile or web application development
• Proficiency in Flutter, Node.js, or React.js is a strong advantage
• Experience with AI/ML, computer vision, or object detection (e.g. YOLO, OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch) is highly desirable
• Familiarity with CCTV systems, IP cameras, or video stream processing (RTSP/ONVIF) is a bonus
• Solid understanding of coding methodologies and best practices
• Detail-oriented, accountable, and quality-focused

What you’ll do:

• Build and maintain real-world mobile and web applications used in live retail operations
• Develop and integrate AI-powered computer vision features, including object detection and tracking using CCTV feeds
• Contribute to real-time video analytics systems that support retail intelligence (e.g. customer behaviour, inventory monitoring, loss prevention)
• Contribute to system architecture design and continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with our operations and tech teams to solve real business problems
