We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and efficient Clinic Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assist doctors and nurses in daily clinic operations, ensure smooth patient flow, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and register patients, manage appointments, and handle inquiries.
• Assist doctors during patient consultations or minor procedures.
• Prepare consultation rooms and maintain cleanliness of the clinic area.
• Handle administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and billing.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and maintain accurate medical records.
• Manage stock and assist with ordering of medical supplies.
• Support overall clinic operations as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work in a team.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, clinic software).
• Experience in a medical clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage.

Working Hours:
Weekdays: 8AM -12PM , 1PM-4:30PM, 6:30-9:30PM

Weekend : 8AM -12PM only
