Location: Senai, Johor
Job Description

• Maintain and update production-related documentation and records accurately
• Monitor and track inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods
• Coordinate the movement of materials and products between production and other departments
• Perform data entry and prepare production reports as required
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Production Department
• Communicate effectively with the warehouse, purchasing, and other teams to ensure smooth daily operations
• Prepare, verify, and print production and product labels according to requirements

Job Requirements

• Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders (both written and spoken).
• Possess at least an SPM or higher qualification
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Close attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with different departments

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
