(Mandarin speaker needed) - Need to liaise with mandarin speaking supplier
- Provide administrative and backend support to the team.
- Manage company insurance matters, including renewals, claims, quotations, policy updates, and documentation.
- Ensure all insurance, permits, licenses, and compliance-related matters are renewed before expiry.
- Liaise with insurance companies, company secretary, legal firms, government agencies, and local authorities.
- Handle company setup-related matters, registrations, and statutory documentation.
- Coordinate with relevant agencies for permit and license applications and renewals.
- Prepare, update, and maintain SOPs, ISO documents, forms, and procedures.
- Support certification activities and audits, including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2015.
- Update management on latest government policies, regulations, and implementations, including potential impact on company operations.
- Work closely with insurance agents, property agents, vehicle dealers, vendors, and service providers.
- Handle all companies’ vehicle-related matters, including permits, inspections, insurance, and road tax renewals.
- Promote and support continual improvement initiatives within the company.
- Handle and coordinate all non-operational related matters.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation records for hardcopy and softcopy documents.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience preferred.
- Experience in ISO documentation, compliance, insurance, or administrative coordination will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
