Job Description

Responsibilities

(Mandarin speaker needed) - Need to liaise with mandarin speaking supplier

  • Provide administrative and backend support to the team.
  • Manage company insurance matters, including renewals, claims, quotations, policy updates, and documentation.
  • Ensure all insurance, permits, licenses, and compliance-related matters are renewed before expiry.
  • Liaise with insurance companies, company secretary, legal firms, government agencies, and local authorities.
  • Handle company setup-related matters, registrations, and statutory documentation.
  • Coordinate with relevant agencies for permit and license applications and renewals.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain SOPs, ISO documents, forms, and procedures.
  • Support certification activities and audits, including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2015.
  • Update management on latest government policies, regulations, and implementations, including potential impact on company operations.
  • Work closely with insurance agents, property agents, vehicle dealers, vendors, and service providers.
  • Handle all companies’ vehicle-related matters, including permits, inspections, insurance, and road tax renewals.
  • Promote and support continual improvement initiatives within the company.
  • Handle and coordinate all non-operational related matters.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation records for hardcopy and softcopy documents.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience preferred.
  • Experience in ISO documentation, compliance, insurance, or administrative coordination will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
