The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Inbound Sales Representative to join our growing, remote team. In this critical, full-funnel role, you will be the bridge between our high-quality leads (provided in-house) and satisfied, long-term customers. You will leverage your experience to nurture and convert leads from initial contact through trial conversion, and ensure ongoing customer retention.

This is a remote position focused on servicing customers in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

As a Inbound Sales Representative, you will own the full customer funnel—from the first touchpoint until successful conversion. Your primary duties will include:

  • Full-Funnel Conversion: Strategically collaborate with the Marketing team to qualify inbound leads and convert them first into trial users, and then into regular, paid customers.
  • Multi-Channel Engagement: Proactively engage with potential customers primarily through calls, complemented by text/messaging channels, to understand their needs and clearly articulate the value of the Ottodot platform.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed demanding monthly and quarterly sales targets for trial enrolments and regular customer conversions in the Singapore market.
  • Product Advocacy & Feedback: Act as the voice of the customer. Identify potential product improvements and relay detailed, actionable feedback to the Product and content teams to enhance our offerings.

Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of proven B2C / B2B sales experience, with a strong, measurable track record of success in a target-driven environment.
  • English Proficiency: Professional working fluency in English is essential to effectively communicate with parents in the Singapore markets.
  • Tech Savviness: Highly proficient and comfortable using AI tools, CRM tools, Google Workspace, and learning new tools to manage your sales pipeline.
