Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Cantonese (Conversational or Fluent required).
• Strong communication and listening skills; able to remain composed under pressure.
• Tech-savvy and resourceful, with the ability to use tools like Google and ChatGPT for clarification and accuracy.
• Flexible to work graveyard shifts to support clients across multiple time zones..
