Job Overview

Responsible to support teachers in the classroom to enhance the learning experience for students. Helping to maintain a positive and productive learning environment. It will be fundamental to provide knowledge and instruction to students while also helping them develop their personalities and skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist in the implementation of lesson plans under the teacher's guidance.
• Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
• Support the teacher in maintaining a positive and organized learning environment.
• Help manage student behavior and enforce classroom rules.
• Assist in the preparation of instructional materials and resources.
• Set up and organize educational materials for lessons.
• Assist in grading assignments, quizzes, or exams.
• Provide feedback to students and communicate their progress to the teacher.
• Supervise students during various activities, including lunch, recess, and field trips.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of students in the classroom and other school settings.
• Communicate with parents regarding student progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to address the needs of students.
• Assist students in developing language skills.
• Provide support with the integration of technology into the classroom.
• Assist students and teachers with the use of computers, tablets, and other educational technology tools.
• Participate in relevant professional development opportunities to enhance job performance.
• Any other tasks assigned by management from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Must possess at least Diploma, Professional Certificate in Early Childhood Education/Education/English Language/TESL/Business Studies/Management/Accounting and any other related studies based on the subject to teach
• At least 1 years of Experience in the related field is required
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, and English
• Willing to work in Seri Kembangan
• Good interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and communication skills
• Strong moral values and discipline

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
