Company Background:

The company is a prominent provider of sensory experience solutions with expertise in various core technologies including semiconductor. The company is located in Senai, Johor. Notably, they are the sole micro-component manufacturing company from China ranked in the top 10 company in China.

Job Responsibilities:

• Facility Operations & Maintenance: Manage the daily operations and maintenance of factory utilities, including HVAC, mechanical/electrical systems, plumbing, compressed air, and environmental systems to ensure smooth and continuous production.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs: Identify equipment issues and carry out emergency repairs to minimize operational downtime.
• Preventive Maintenance & Inspections: Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules, perform routine inspections, and prepare maintenance documentation/manuals.
• Project & Vendor Management: Assist in engineering projects such as upgrades, expansions, and new facility setups, while coordinating with vendors to ensure maintenance work is completed on time and meets quality standards.
• Safety, Energy & Security: Monitor factory safety, energy consumption, and security systems, implement energy-saving measures, and ensure compliance with environmental and fire safety regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial facilities or mechanical/electrical maintenance; experience with cleanroom systems will be an added advantage.
• Relevant certifications/licenses such as Chargeman A4, Electrical License, High Voltage Operation License, or Special Equipment Operation Certificate are preferred, depending on the systems handled.
• Proficient in CAD software with strong hands-on technical skills, troubleshooting capabilities, and good teamwork skills.

Working Location: Senai, Johor

Working Hours: 5 working days per week

Salary: Up to RM8k

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

• Chargeman A4 (Preferred)
