Responsibilities
What you will get:
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide service to customers such as arrange rack, replenishment and etc.
2. Order processing
3. Maintaining records of transactions and interactions
4. Identify and resolve customer’s problems and complaints by selection the best solution
5. Ensure the maximum of customer satisfaction
6. Planning and developing merchandising strategies
7. Monitor product movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs to maximize profit
8. Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory of customers
9. Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
10. Involve in doing marketing plan and proposal, organizing promotion event, planning promotion plan and etc. related to merchandising
11. Assist in the preparation of other processes as and when assigned/required by the Supervisor.
12. Ad-hoc Task
