Responsibilities
Secretaries perform a variety of administrative tasks to help keep an organisation run smoothly. They answer telephone calls, draft and send e-mails, maintain diaries, arrange appointments, take messages, file documents, organise and service meetings, and manage databases.
Other responsibilities will include:
1. Handle accounting task for FMM & FMM Institute.
2. Prepare monthly cheque and payment voucher.
3. Handle HRDCorp e-Tris system on submission of claims.
4. Assist in endorsement of Certificate of Origin.
5. Provide secretarial and administrative support for branch and working committees.
6. Assist in any other duties as and when assigned by the immediate superior.
Requirements
1. Certificate or Diploma in any field.
2. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
3. Basic accounting knowledge and computer literate.
