Your responsibilities for this position are:

• Key in stock incoming for raw material & packaging materials
• Deduct FG stock from report for outgoing shipments
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock checks to ensure the accuracy between system records and actual inventory
• Monitor sugar stock level and order accordingly
• Maintain proper labelling and traceability of all the inventory
• Prepare and issue delivery order for local and export shipments
• perform data entry
• Ensure compliance & participate with ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and HACCP
• Any other responsibilities for tasks may be assigned by superior from time to time

You must have these criteria in order to fit for this position:

• Minimum SPM with experience / Diploma in any related field
• Preferably Computer Literate, Good Communication,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP System, MES or related system
• Can committed and able to work in a team as well as independently
