Duties & Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure all kitchen areas are clean and hygienic at all times.
• Dispose of garbage and maintain cleanliness at the designated waste area.
• Mop and clean kitchen floors, walls, sinks, and drains.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic preparation or lifting items when needed.
• Refill cleaning supplies and chemicals.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of kitchen equipment.
• Support kitchen operations during busy hours.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Requirements

• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, hardworking, and punctual.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Experience in hotel or restaurant operations is an added advantage.

Working Conditions

• Shift basis.
• Meals/uniform may be provided by company.
• Overtime required when necessary.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
