We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Executive to manage payroll operations and support daily human resource functions. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including overtime, allowances, deductions, and bonuses
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, income tax, etc.)
- Prepare and submit payroll reports, payslips, and related documentation
- Maintain and update employee payroll records and HR databases
- Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Support HR administrative functions such as employee records, attendance, and leave management
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
- Liaise with external parties (banks, auditors, government authorities) when required
- Support other HR tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in payroll processing
- Good knowledge of local labor laws and statutory contributions
- Experience with payroll systems and HR software
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
