Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. To be responsible for day to day HR operations and provide full range support in HR duties including recruitment, appointment and confirmation letters and orientation, coordination of training activities.
2. Perform monthly payroll processing including overtime, SOCSO, EPF, EIS, Income tax and report prepare on timely manner.
3. Monitoring employee daily attendance (OT control, leave control, lateness, absentees) and ensure employee attendance/leave updated on time into HR system.
4. Maintain proper filing and documents and ensure the accuracy of employee record into HR system.
5. Handle daily HR clerical matters e.g. enquiry from branches employee by phone call or email.
6. Handle benefits administration including medical claims, leave record, etc.
7. To maintain effective control system of filing, records of employee record (leave, training record, HR relevant document) into employee personal file.
8. Update lorry driver outstation trip/ sub cont data into HR system and database (Excel format).
9. Monitor and control stock for stationary, uniform, Personal protection equipment (ear plug, glove, etc).
10. To rounding factory area ensure cleanness, safety of factory.
11. Assist with preparations for disciplinary and grievance hearing as necessary.
Undertake any other tasks and jobs as may be assigned by superior from time to time.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
