Job Scope

• Coordinate daily outlet operations and ensure smooth service flow.
• Support operational work including ironing, folding, packing, and final quality checks.
• Communicate with partners, HQ, and customers regarding operations.
• Ensure accurate tagging, handling, and return of laundry items.
• Serve walk-in customers and handle enquiries via phone and WhatsApp.
• Promote and sell service packages or vouchers.
• Maintain accurate order records and status updates.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the outlet.
• Work closely with drivers and HQ for timely pickup and delivery.

Requirement

• Basic English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills.
• Friendly, with good communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with computers, smartphones, and apps such as POS systems, WhatsApp, and Google Sheets.
• Honest, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Possessing a valid GDL license and van-driving experience is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
